- 50% refund is available for cancellations made at least 48 hours prior to the scheduled lesson.
- No refund will be given if you do not attend or do not attempt to participate in the lesson you signed up for.
- Cancellations made within 48 hours of the lesson start time are non-refundable, unless due to a medical condition. In this case, a valid medical certificate must be provided as proof to be eligible for consideration.
Weather & Safety
- If conditions are deemed unsafe by our instructors, we will offer a reschedule or credit at no additional cost.
