Cancellation Policy

We understand that plans can change. Please review our cancellation policy before booking.

50% refund is available for cancellations made at least 48 hours prior to the scheduled lesson.
No refund will be given if you do not attend or do not attempt to participate in the lesson you signed up for.
Cancellations made within 48 hours of the lesson start time are non-refundable, unless due to a medical condition. In this case, a valid medical certificate must be provided as proof to be eligible for consideration.

Booking and deposit: A 50% deposit is required to secure your spot. The deposit is non-refundable.
Cancellations more than 14 days before retreat start: Any remaining balance paid (excluding the non-refundable 50% deposit) will be refunded.
Cancellations 14 days or less before retreat start: No refunds will be issued for any payments. However, we will reserve a spot for you on the next available retreat (valid for one year). To confirm the reserved spot, you must pay 50% of the full retreat price for that replacement retreat; this fee secures your place and is non-refundable. Any remaining balance for the replacement retreat will be due according to that retreat’s payment schedule. Transport, accommodation differences, or price changes for the replacement retreat may apply.
Transfers: Transfer of your booking to another person is allowed with prior written approval and at least 7 days’ notice.
Exceptional circumstances/force majeure: In case of severe illness, death in the family, travel restrictions, or other unforeseeable events, please contact us as soon as possible. We will review these requests case-by-case and may offer credit toward a future retreat.
Recommendation: We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance to cover cancellations and interruptions.

Weather & Safety

If conditions are deemed unsafe by our instructors, we will offer a reschedule or credit at no additional cost.
