Join our 4‑Week Surf & Pilates Program in Raglan, New Zealand : perfect for beginner‑plus surfers and adults wanting to build strength, balance, confidence and surf skill. Our unique surf and pilates combo is designed to help you paddle better, pop up faster, avoid injury, and move with more control in the water.


What’s Included :

Surf Lessons at Ngarunui Beach

Every Saturday for four weeks, our guided beginner‑plus surf lessons NZ sessions focus on both theory and practical skills:

  • Read the ocean
  • Understanding the waves mechanic
  • Get your pop up right
  • Cross‑stepping drills
  • Surf etiquette & water safety basics
  • Paddling alignment

Enhance your surf confidence and technique with personalised feedback.

Outdoor Pilates Classes

Complement your surf sessions with Pilates for surfers : outdoor classes emphasising:

  • Core strength and endurance
  • Flexibility and mobility for surfing
  • Body awareness and balance

Final Day Celebration

On the final day, a professional water photographer will photograph you riding waves and paddle out. You’ll receive beautiful keepsake images plus edited video of your surf sessions to review and celebrate your progress.


Program Details

  • Dates: Saturdays starting January 3rd 2026 (flexible times to suit all participants)
  • Cost: NZ$439 for the full 4‑week Surf & Pilates Program
  • Location: Surf at Ngarunui Beach; Pilates outdoors in Raglan
  • Please bring: Your own surfboard, wetsuit, water bottle
  • We provide: Yoga mats by Wild Coast Collective, Raglan Roast coffee, Raglan Food Co coconut yogurt, and Shnacks protein drinks
